Does my car need to roll and steer to be transported?

How do you load a car that doesn't start?

Is my vehicle fully insured during the winching and transit process?

Do I need to be present during pickup or delivery?
For inoperable vehicles, it is highly recommended that you or an authorized representative be present. Since the vehicle cannot move on its own, someone needs to provide the keys, facilitate access, and sign the inspection report to confirm the vehicle’s condition before and after transport.
