Enclosed transport, however, utilizes a fully covered trailer, shielding your vehicle from road debris, adverse weather, and environmental factors. We typically recommend enclosed shipping for luxury, classic, exotic, or collector vehicles where maintaining the showroom-perfect finish is critical.
Can you handle international shipments to or from other countries?
At this time, Ortus Auto Movers specializes exclusively in domestic nationwide transport within the United States. We focus on maintaining deep expertise and a robust network within the 50 states to provide the most reliable service possible. We do not currently facilitate international import/export logistics (such as port-to-port ocean freight).
What payment methods are accepted, and is there a deposit required?
We offer flexible payment options, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. We pride ourselves on our transparent model: we do not require an upfront deposit to book your transport. You typically pay the full balance only once the service is fulfilled or according to the payment schedule agreed upon during your booking.

Our philosophy is “Transparent Pricing.” The quote you receive is based on the current market data and your specific vehicle requirements. There are no surprise fuel surcharges or hidden “broker fees” added later. If your vehicle details change (e.g., the car becomes inoperable), the price might be adjusted, but you will always be notified and must approve any changes before the transport begins.

Why is it recommended not to pack personal items inside the vehicle?

Carriers are not licensed to act as moving companies, and items inside the car are not covered by the auto transport insurance policy. What is your cancellation policy if my plans change unexpectedly?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please reach out to our team as soon as possible.
